Cashaw Cabin - Terms and Conditions, House Rules, and Safety Guidelines

Welcome to Cashaw Cabin!

To ensure a comfortable and memorable stay, please review the following terms and conditions:

Reservation and Cancellation:

- Booking: All reservations are subject to availability. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

- Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation 28 days or more before your check-in date, you may be eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount. Cancellations made within 28 days of check-in are non-refundable.

- Changes: Changes to your booking may be possible, subject to availability and excluding peak winter periods and popular dates. Any changes must be made at least 28 days prior to check-in to be eligible.

Payment and Security Deposit:

- Deposit: A security deposit of JMD 6,000 or USD 50 may be required at check-in for direct bookings. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or evidence of smoking.

Check-in and Check-out:

- Check-in: 3:00 PM

- Check-out: 12:00 PM

Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Occupancy and Property Use:

- Occupancy: Each cabin has a maximum occupancy limit. Additional guests may be accommodated with prior approval and may incur extra fees.

- Property Use: Please use the cabin and its amenities responsibly. You will be held responsible for any damage to the property.

House Rules and Safety:

- Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin. We reserve the right to charge your payment method if we suspect that you or any member of your party smoked inside the cabin.

- Events and Gatherings: Not allowed without prior approval.

- Photography and Videography: Commercial activities require prior written consent.

- Swimming: Prohibited in ponds and lakes.

- Open Flames: Not allowed inside the cabin or within 10 feet of it.

- Children: Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted.

- Pets: Pets must be leashed in common areas, and owners must clean up after them.

- Security: Please report any suspicious activity to the staff immediately. In case of an emergency, dial 119.

Guest Conduct:

- Respect: Conduct yourself respectfully toward staff and other guests.

- Disruptive Behavior and Damage: May result in additional charges, eviction, or legal action.

- Guest Responsibility: You are responsible for any damages caused by your actions or negligence.

Nature Conservation:

- Environment: Please respect the natural surroundings by avoiding disturbances to wildlife, damaging vegetation, or littering. 

Amenities:

- Use Responsibly: Please use the amenities and equipment according to the provided guidelines.

Guest Liability:

- Personal Belongings: Cashaw Cabin is not liable for lost or damaged personal items.

Guest Responsibility for Damages:

Guests are solely responsible for any damages caused to the property or its contents during their stay, whether intentional or accidental. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to furniture, fixtures, appliances, or the property itself. By booking a stay at Cashaw Cabin, guests agree to cover the full cost of any damages incurred. This may involve additional fees or a charge to the security deposit. In the event of significant damage, Cashaw Cabin reserves the right to take legal action to recover any losses.

COVID Guidelines:

- Adherence: Please follow all COVID guidelines to ensure the safety of everyone.

By booking a stay, you agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or eviction.
